01Custom packaging

Your packaging. Your brand.

The cup, the bag and the wrap are handled by every customer you serve. Printed properly, they do the work of a shopfront you do not have to pay rent on.

What can be customised.

  • Logos and wordmarks
  • Brand colours
  • Artwork and illustration
  • Patterns and repeats
  • Messaging and service information
  • Consistent design across formats

Print method, colour reproduction and artwork requirements are confirmed against the format and quantity of each order. If you do not have print-ready artwork, say so in your enquiry — it is a normal starting point.

02How it sits on the format

Print follows the shape.

A cup is curved and tapered, a bag has a flat front panel, a wrap is folded around food. The same mark is positioned differently on each.

Cup

A printed band around the body, sized to the cup rather than scaled to fit.

Bag

A single panel carrying the mark, with the gusset and base left clean.

Wrap

A repeat across the sheet, which reads whichever way the wrap is folded.

The branding shown above is a design exercise created to illustrate how print sits on each format. It does not represent a Dulsom customer.

03How an order works

Five steps, agreed in writing.

Nothing goes to print before the specification and the artwork are confirmed.

  1. 01

    Choose

Tell us the packaging format you need and how it is used in service — the dish, the drink, the way it travels.

  2. 02

    Customise

Share brand artwork, or the requirement in plain terms if artwork does not exist yet.

  3. 03

    Approve

Specification and artwork are confirmed in writing before anything is committed to print.

  4. 04

    Produce

Production is arranged once the specification and commercial terms are agreed.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Delivery or collection is scheduled against the terms agreed for the order.
