Infrastructure built to last.

Dulsom Build delivers civil construction and infrastructure projects for government, commercial and private clients — from roads and interlocking streets to buildings, external works and long-term maintenance.

01Built on execution

Built on execution.

Strong construction is the result of good planning, capable teams and attention to the work happening every day on site. Dulsom works across public infrastructure, commercial construction and private development, taking responsibility for the full civil scope on each project.

That means measured quantities, approved materials, supervised execution and a record of what was built — the things that decide whether a project holds its programme and its cost.

04How projects run

Six steps, every project.

The same sequence applies to a municipal paving package and a private residence. Only the scale changes.

  1. 01

    Understand

Site visit, measurement and a clear reading of the drawings, ground conditions and constraints before anything is priced.

  2. 02

    Plan

Bill of quantities, method statement, programme and resource plan agreed in writing with the client or consultant.

  3. 03

    Mobilise

Site establishment, barricading, material approvals, labour deployment and plant moved to site against the programme.

  4. 04

    Construct

Execution under engineer supervision, with daily progress records, material checks and stage-wise measurement.

  5. 05

    Inspect

Joint inspection, testing where specified, snag list and correction before any section is offered for acceptance.

  6. 06

    Handover

Final measurement, as-built records, documentation and handover — followed by defect-liability support.
