Dulsom is a civil construction and infrastructure contractor working across public and private projects. The company undertakes roads, interlocking and paving, drainage and external works, commercial and institutional buildings, private construction and ongoing civil maintenance.

Operating philosophy
Plan before mobilising, supervise continuously, measure as you build, and record what was done. Most construction problems are planning problems that surfaced late.

We take ownership from mobilisation through handover. One team is answerable for the work, not a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other.
Materials and execution are monitored throughout construction, with approvals recorded before delivery and checks made before work is covered.
Clear costing, documentation and progress reporting. Variations are raised in writing when they arise, not discovered at final billing.
Safe sites, equipment and working procedures — barricading, inspection and induction applied consistently rather than when someone is watching.
Resources are planned around agreed project schedules, and the programme is reviewed against actual progress rather than assumed.
