03Execution approach

How Dulsom runs it.

Programme-led

A trade-by-trade schedule is agreed at the start and reviewed weekly, so the client can see where the project actually stands.

Coordination built in

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and specialist contractors are sequenced with the civil work rather than cutting into it afterwards.

Finish quality

Line, level and plumb are checked as work proceeds. Snagging starts before completion, not after handover.
